How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed in the iOS app, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Make Her Smile, then follow Apple's cancellation steps. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
If you subscribed on our website through Stripe, use the billing-management link provided at checkout or in your billing email if available, or contact support@makehersmile.app from the email associated with your purchase.
I paid, but Premium is locked. What should I do?
For an App Store purchase, use the app's Restore Purchases or subscription refresh option. For a website purchase, sign in through I Already Purchased using the same email address used for checkout. If access is still missing, contact support. Please do not email full payment card details.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. You can also request assistance at support@makehersmile.app. Remember to cancel any Apple-billed subscription separately.
Why are recommendations in the wrong language?
Select your preferred language in the app's Settings and update to the latest version. New AI suggestions should follow the selected app language. If the issue persists, send us your app version and the language selected, without any private relationship details unless necessary.
How does voice input work?
Voice input is optional. The app records what you say and uses a third-party transcription service to turn it into text. You can type instead if you prefer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
For Apple purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, contact support@makehersmile.app with the email associated with your order and the approximate purchase date.
